Shipping and Delivery

We appreciate the love and support you have given us. With that said we want to provide the best service as possible.

Most common question asked on shipping/delivery time:

Ship within USA: 3-5 Business days

Ship to Canada: 3-8 Business days

International shipping (anywhere besides USA and Canada): 10-20 business days

 

Please keep in mind that these numbers are just an estimation. The arrival time is depending on your final destination. For US and Canadian Customers please allow 3-8 days on an average for the package to arrive. For international orders, delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks, it could take up to 3 weeks depending on your destination.  

 

International Handling fees

International orders will be responsible for custom fees that may occur during delivery process. We have zero control on those fees, the fees are being calculated depending on various factors such as weights, value, size and import regulations depending on where you are located.

 

Your order never arrived? what do you do?

No worries, just let us know at hello@nicher.co and we will fix it for you.

 

There are 2 cases regarding to undelivered packaged.

  1. We encourage you to check the confirmation email you have received from us.  Make sure that your shipping information was put in correctly.

In case it was incorrect we are happy to send you a new package, unfortunately,you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

  1. And if your address was correct. Please be sure to shoot us an email at hello@nicher.co including your order numbers in it. We will find the best solution for you.

 

Return Policy

The item with a defect:

We wish we didn’t have this section. but If you ever received products with any defects or an error on it please do not hesitate to take a photo and email us within first 7 days after a product has been received.

 

Wrong Size:

As we mentioned earlier the best service is our priority and if there was ever a wrong item being sent to you, do not freak out just email us at hello2nicher.co and we will get the issue fixed right away.
